Easier to get a job in USA with a hs diploma?

I have a question about education and employment in USA.
Im considering starting on Green River College on the high school completion program, for those who dont know what it is see the link below.

My question is: Do you think it will be easier for me to get a job in america if I get a high school diploma there first?
And I mean ANY job, Im not choosy, Ill take ANYTHING.

Are you asking whether having a US high school diploma will help you get a work sponsored visa? If so, then highly unlikely.
