Early submission of I-485

I am a beneficiary of a derivative asylum status through my spouse. My 1 year anniversary will be in the end of October 2004. I am wondering if I can file my I-485 three months before my actual anniversary or I have to wait till the end of October. And if I do file early, any possible negative ramifications?Your input is highly appreciated. Thanks.

You have to wait one FULL year.
