Please post any "Early FP" experience at Columbus, Ohio center.

First FP 6th May 2002
RFE 31st July 03 for Medical Exam (Responded on 12th August)
Second FP Schedule for 6th Jan 2004
 
I would also appreciate if someone could post his/her early finger printing experience at Hartford, CT center.

Thanks for your reply. My scheduled 2nd FP date is in January but I will try to get early FP done this Saturday. Do you remember around what time you reported for your FP?

First FP at Hartford:
I went and had shown the itenerary of my travel. He allowed.
The best way is, get a itenerary from travel agent, they will fax or email it to you. And tell him that during Jan you are going on Vacation. That guy definetly allows you. Worst case is, he may ask you to come on some specific date with in a week.

Second FP at Hartford:
I went on Tuesday around 12:30pm and no one was there. I went to ask to postpone my wife's fp, because she went to India. Then I said, I too recieved but I can come as scheduled. He said, I can give it now . . . So I gave.

Thanks for your reply. I will go this Saturday for early FP with some solid reason. Let's see how it goes.

If anyone else has gone to Hartford, CT center for early fingerprinting, please let me know your experience/suggestions.

For 1FP, I don't recommend to do it earlier. But for 2FP, you can go ahead and try. At least in Cleveland OH, most 2FPs were done ealier as the staff said. Just mention you will go for vacation during holidays. Sometimes you may be unlucky to meet a staff with bad mode, but it's ok to do 2FP later since few cases were approved in a month after 2FP.

Thanks for your update. I will try to do early 2nd FP this weekend. If they do not allow early FP, I am not going to worry much as early FP does not mean early approval anyway.
