Early FP in West Palm Beach ?

Does anybody know if WPB allows early FP, my wife got it scheduled for 2/12.

Here are my details.

I485 ND May 2002
First FP for me May 2003
Second FP for me Aug 2004
Approval Nov 2004
Card Received Dec 2004

Spouse
First FP scheduled for 2/12/2005

There is no rule of the thumb for this. It all depends upon the number of people waiting and the officer on duty.

Couple of my colleagues were denied early FP. they said they would allow if the actual FP date is within the 2 days of early FP.

You can try though.

I guess it depends on the personality of the people at ASC. I was just wondering if West Palm Beach people allow or not. Raju, are you from this place ?

FP for spouse

At West Palm Beach office, do they allow your spouse to take FP if he/she doesn't have FP notice, but you (primary applicant) have one?

no problem for me

My wife and I did early fp in wpb. no problem at all. both of us have notice though.
