Early FP in Newark

Did anyone tried to go for FP before the scheduled date in Newark, NJ ?

Does doing early FP helps to expedite the process.

There doesn't seem to be any benefit of going for an early FP. Besides some ASCs are very strict in allowing only the folks with an appointment to do a FP.
I am personally waiting for a scheduled date to do my 2nd FP.
