EARLY FP in miami,instead of Norfolk,VA???

Hi All,
I got my 2nd FP notice to be done at Norfolk,VA USCIS for date :04/18/2005,but Since I moved to Miami area,can I go for early FP @ Miami USICIS,much earlier than april 18th'05?
Can I get early FP done in Miami USICS?,AND How to go about doing it/Should I do a walk-in or take appointment???

Please advice.

Good luck, I was able to do early FP but it was only a week before actual appoinment date, they will tell you, that early FP is permited only 3 days before actual date, I had to tell them that I had a doctor appoinment ( lucky me it was true and I was able to prove it). My advice, prepare a good excuse.
