We have moved recently to another state. Sent AR-11 and got confirmation letter.
We have received the Second FP Letter scheduled 2/12 closer to the Old address. Can I appear for an early FP in one of Chicago centers (closer to new home) without the appointment.
Called NSC they said to send a Letter to VSC to reschedule !!!
