Early FP @ Hartford CT

I tried twice....failed....it is almost impossible to do early FP in Hartford. I had valid reasons and they took my FP notice and said that they will reschedule it. When is your FP scheduled?

I tried today at Hartford, they refuse to take and said to reschedule if can't make on appointment day.

my appointment day 10/30/04 i just received letter yesterday.
