Is there any problem with going for early FP ?

No problem, but I do not think ity gives any advantage

It might help to do early FP
I had my early FP done in Dec which was about 3 weeks in advance, and many of my friends went and did there FP on the date specified. I got my approval notices in Feb 2nd week and my friends got in March end. So I think it does matter.
FYI, all of our application have very similar RD/PD, ie if July 2001
So if you can, I think you should get an early fp done.
