Yes. There is thread in this forum where one person has done it without any problem. But don't remeber who has done it?

Thanks... yeah I think there's one person in Houston who did it. I was curious if other people had tried it.

Two of us did it in Portland Or...no problem-just walked in and got it done

When I got my FP done in Norfolk, I noticed that the security guard would not let a person enter the building without showing a notice or an infopass receipt.
