Early Fingerprinting @Philly BCIS

Gawd, finally we got notices for 2nd fingerprinting on 12/23.
Just wondering if any one here got their FP done earlier
than the scheduled date?

2nd Finger printing done...Early

Just wanted to let you all know that we got our 2nd FP done
a full 5 weeks ahead of the scheduled date at the Philadelphia
INS center. Went in at 7.45am, Saturday Nov 15th. There were
already about 25 in Q ahead of us. Appeared to me that they
don't care much about the scheduled date, no questions asked.

Like every other operational detail with the BCIS, this date
also has little or no relevance to the happenings in the real world.

They have a BIG sign up at this center that says "BCIS E-governance" or something like that. If they are advertising that
as a BIG thing in this day and age in the USA, they are so far
behind the curve that it ain't even phunny!
