Early fingerprinting in Hartford, CT

Guys, Finally we got fingerprinting notice today for 11/9/04 and it is definitely triggered by address change notification. But I won't be here on that day as I will go to MD that time. Does anybody know if Hartford takes early finger printing? PLease share your experience.

They do, but you need give them good reason.

Last time i went early they said they are busy that day and asked me to come on that saturday, and went on saturday and they took it.
 
VKML, I went today and they told me that they are busy. Did you talk to that doorkeeper man or the supervisor (some lady)? I have good reason and I can show them that in paper. The doorkeeper man threw us out with the dialogue " if you have the date for today, come in, otherwise go home". He also said that his supervisor is not here today, so if we want to talk to his supervisor, we need to come back some other day. Please share your details.

Try going on Sat or Wed afternoon... Some of them were able to successfully do their early FP on these days..

I have mine scheduled for 10/2..Since its a week away... I am planning to go as per schedule... Dont want to be kicked out ...

JJ, thanks for your reply. I heard about saturday from this forum and that is why I went today. But I was kicked out. I will try again sometime. That doorkeeper behaves really bad, so that is just very frustrating. I remember last time, when I got 2 fingerprinting notices and the lawyer adviced to go twice and get a stamp or something like that from fingerprinting center just to make sure that I went, but that doorkeeper did not even let me in the second time.

unsuccessful again!

guys, as per your suggestion, I went today to the fingerprinting center again. It was not crowded at all, but got kicked out again by some "Miss Gloria". I showed them all the papers, why I can not be there on 11/9/04, but she did not even looked at them. They took our fingerprint notices and checked the option that says next available wednesday/saturday afternoon and kicked us out.

Very frustrating!!!! Do not know now when they will schedule out appointment.
