Anyone having got Early Fingerprintig from Philadephia recently. Please share your experiences. Do you have to call them to take appointment for early fingerprinting or you can just walk in any day.
My fingerprinting is for July 3 rd week and I am planning to go out so need to get early fingerprinting.
