I received my 2nd finger print notice scheudule sept 2nd in New Rochelle, NY.. But I want to go early, can you guys suggest when is the best date and time.. and what do I need to tell them to do early finger printing..
I went on March, on Saturday. It was busy, the officer ask me to come afternoon. I went after one week afternoon, 2:00 pm. It was not busy and they let me do it. So, you may consider Saturday afternoon.
