Nothing after FP:-(

Now October cases are getting approved. This is frustrating. DOn\'t know what to do

I called them this morning, and was told a REF was issued but not sent out yet.
I don\'t know how long do I need to wait, really frastruted.

That was I got last Friday, when I called INS.
I was told "pending and under review.".
Today, my wife called again, and was told a REF is issued but not send out yet, because nobody type the REF letter.
Funny ?
