Early 2nd FP at Newark failed

I went there today by waking up early on saturday and reached there around 10, there were very FEW people but then alos the person gave me legal sh**t that we cannot allow and this is policy, I am quite pissed out, the orig date is in 3 week of Oct.

Sorry to hear that.
I think a few people talked about an African American lady who is allowing people in. Did you find such a lady ?

Nope there was a man on the contrary, I mean I don't blame him he was just saying that he could be in trouble as it was his job to check that everyone having appointment can only get FP'd, I will probably go on the scheduled time it's not worth it, I have waited 2 years then what harm can some extra few weeks bring, anyway it is a matter of 3-4 weeks, I am pretty sure 99% of the early FP does not have any advantage as BCIS officer probably picks the case only after the scheduled date.... if they delay what is already delayed why would they touch something which we sent them earlier....this whole process sucks big time....

2 approvals prove the fact that early FP is a myth, even after doing early FP it still took almost 2 months on the other hand the Dec approval guy who did 2nd FP also took 1 1/2 months, so I guess early FP is just waste of effort as I commented earlier BCIS is already late, and if you give them something early then possibility is that they will not like it.....
