Early 2FP at Cleveland:

Hi every body,

(1) I received a notice for 2FP to be done on Sept. 21st.

Is there some one who did 2FP before date ? I read in forum that some one did and approved even before scheduled FP date. I am looking to take a chance like this.

(2). My on line message says ......preleminary process comlete and may take less than maximun time stated... What is in preleminary process ?
I had a RFE and responded too by 15 July 04.

Please post your opinion/experience /asumption.
