I had earlier filed for CP but later filed 485. lawyer says that the 485 forms were mailed to INS on 3rd august 2001. The checks for EAD and AP got cleared 3 weeks ago but i havent received the receipt nor the EAD/AP. anybody in a similar case? do u think that bcos the 824 was filed earlier that will result in a delay in the EAD/AP as well? I have heard that in such cases the 485 approval takes time but am not sure if it effects the receipt and EAD/AP too. any thoughts on what I should expect now?
