EAD3 Card First name truncated

We have received a EAD3 card which was approved on 07/06 (RD 04/16) but the first name was not complete on the Card. Old EAD cards has correct name.

Did anyone had similar problem..what did u do..
 
Call VSC and tell them the problem. The may ask for passport / DL photocopies as proof of correct spelling etc and send you a new EAD card. My sis-in-law had a similar problem (middle name was wrong).
