EAD2/AP2 for myself and wife approved; EAD2/AP2 ND 02/16/05; letter from NSC

They approved on April 7, 05. From that day I am getting 4 to 6 emails saying this case [EAD/AP] as approved everyday [7, 8, 11. 12].

Simply waste of time for them. Instead they could approve some I-140's and I-485's. Many of us just waiting.

WIFE: FP1, EAD2/AP2
Myself: only EAD2/AP2 no FP's yet.

NSC??????????????


I wrote a letter to NSC director in the month or JAN, 05 asking about my FP status and I got a letter from NSC yesterday saying case is with the officer and it would take some time. Also they mentioned that DHS added new security features that is causing these backlogs, .........etc

Today [04/13/05] again LUD changed on EAD2 lin number for myself and wife.

This letter is regarding my fingerprints, not to worry about EAD/AP, just go ahead and apply.
