If I-140 is cleared, and I-485 has crossed 6 months (concurret filing), will I be able to use the EAD? I read somewhere that the EAD previlidge is not applicable to concurrent filers. Is that true?

The best case scenario is to stay with the same company at the time of getting GC but will it hurt to move after using AC21??
