Its been about 4 months since I applied for 485 at TSC. As usual, I have not heard anything back from them regarding FP or EAD.
Since its been pending for more than 90 days, am I eligible to go to the local INS office and apply for EAD? Is there an advantage of getting this EAD for singles who are not interested in getting a second job?
(I understand if I was married my wife could start working with the EAD or I can work part time for a non sponsoring company)
