Guys
I am filing my Green Card based on Family( Wife US citizen)...
I have a question about I-765(EAD) i am H1B ....
What documents i need?? and When will i get my EAD???

There are instructions on your I765 Form to let you know what paper work you need to submit.

The Issuance of the EAD depends on the service center processing your case. It can be 1 day or withing 90 days.
