Ead ?

My I-765 is June 8th 2006 since the NSC is now at June 8th 2006 will that mean I should get my EAD email approval anytime now? They have my RFE's and everything seems to be good to go just waiting....

Sadly it took you ~~ 45 days to get the RFE to them. I would add 45 days to your timeline. Sorry for the bummer, that's how it worked for us.

Hi poohsmum, you're kinda in the same situation as I am... I see you finally got your RFE response... I was expecting my EAD like a month after my RFE received, instead I got an interview letter 2 weeks after. I begin to wonder if I ever get my EAD before my interview... like some people that didn't. Hopefully yours will be coming soon. Good luck!
