I had applied for EAD/AP/485/140 for both me and my wife in VSC. The RD is 4th Aug 2004. ( My I140 has been approved)
Mine/ wife EAD has not been approved yet. I had made a status inquiry upon which my status message was updated as "On September 28, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."
After which there was no response nor decision.I have made another inquiry and waiting for the response. Can anyone confirm whether this is an RFE or cud i get an Interim EAD from a local office. Has anyone come across such a situation?
