U MUST EFILE TODAY
ramp2003 Apply ur EAD TODAY itself bcoz u never know what will be the backlog situation at centers. and u didn't say what was ur service center. these days NSC is fastest approving with in 45-60 days.
If ur center is taking more than 3 months to approve then u'll be in trouble beause ur EAD is expiring on May 1st which means u only have 64 days including Today. That means u will not be able to get iEAD till June 1st week( 90 days from receipt date of ur EAD)
I suggest u efile it today and get ready to think about other situations which u may have to face because of this delay in EAD filing. Remember u have to have EAD in hand to work.
I think u will be in trouble if ur center isn't NSC and other center is taking more then 60 days to approve.
