EAD - X TENSION - Help Kindly

Guys

My EAD expires in Feb 2002. Previously my attorney applied it. I would like to do that myself this time and ofcourse I ran into some questions which you might answer.

1. How long should I wait to apply for the extension ??
2. Is "Renewal of my permission to accept employment" appropriate in my case ??
3. What is signature card ?? Do I need to fill it out for extension ?? Where do I get it ??

Enclose the following with your application for EAD (I-765)
1. Copy of your current EAD card
2. Top portion of your EAD document
3. Copy of your I-485 receipt notice
4. Photograph\'s
5. A check for USD 100.00 towards fee

Any other docs needed ??

Any input/opinion/experience is appreciated.

---Not less than 60 days to expiration. check if you can get it at local ins by walkiing in. Than u can wait more time.

---Yes
3. What is signature card ?? Do I need to fill it out for extension ?? Where do I get it ??
---Not required. have applied even first time and than for renewal without the same.

document list of kvoora is fine. Though u may want to add I94 (if it still valid) copy.
