EAD & Working for other projects

Guys,

Interested in knowing weather it's legal to work for another
company as a part time contractor along with the client
found by my GC sponsoror. In other words

I work for a company A as a permanent employer which filed
my GC and got EAD.

I'm currently working at a client X as a contractor on behalf of company A for 40Hr week work.

Now can i legally work for another client Y and take check directly
from client Y as a part time contractor. Please let me know issues & advantages etc.

There is no restrictions in working for multiple company when you use your EAD. EAD entitle you to work legally for any company.
