EAD without receipt notice

Just for the benefit of all 485 receipt notice waiters, guys who have experience in getting EAD without 485 receipt notice pl. post. This will help all the waiters who need an EAD for himself/herself or for his/her spouse.

I read somewhere in the other discussions that others have done it with 485 filing docs and Fedex/UPS tracking notice.
