EAD without biometrics

Hey! I have a question, with all the situation with the COVID19 big part of the ASC (Application Support Centers) are currently close, so what happen if the 150 days to request the EAD is reached and the person has not receive the appointment for the biometrics at the ASC?, This person can request the EAD WITHOUT biometrics? or the person has to wait till the reopen of the ASC to receive the biometrics appointment to tramit de EAD?

ASCs are open already, i had my bio-metrics done on 21st July 2020

I'm in the same situation and I applied for EAD this week. We'll see what happens

Applied 23rd June 2020
i797 received 10th July
Biometrics done on 21st July 2020

Awaiting Interview Now
