EAD without attorney

I have an EAD with pending 485. My spouse is the principal 485 applicant. Now the company stopped paying for EAD renewal. I was wondering if I should file the EAD renewal myself, saving $200 in attorney's fees.

Is filing a EAD something that should be done by an attorney? Is it common to file EAD without an attorney? Any experience or comments appreciated.

Many people file it without a lawyer. It is extremely easy. Remember to file 6 months in advance.

Yeah...It is very easy to file EAD. I did it myself and had no problems.
