My spouse's second EAD (03-134-xxxxx) was approved on July 17th. RFE was sent on June 25th (my I140 approval notice, I485 receipt notice and marriage certificate), and reply received on July 7th. On July 8th, when she went to the local office to get her temporary EAD, the officer said since RFE was issued, the clock was reset and she had to wait another 90 days. It reallly scared me. Thanks God, it was approved on time. My suggestion is: if you missed some materials like my spouse's case, you should go to your local office to get your iEAD as soon as possible. otherwise, you have to pray it every day.
