EAD Waiting for 120 Days

Waiting for EAD for 120 Days. Went to the local INS for an interim EAD. Their fee is $175. I don't know whats happening with the NSC? It was like 45 days for EAD last year now that is 120 Days. Anybody in the same boat?

and get it over. It's lot less hassle.

Was there ever an RFE on your I-140. The RFE on your I-140/485 resets the clock for 'filing from' date.

No

I never had an RFE for 140 and 485. In the case of EAD, there was some Filing Fee Issue. The credit card did not work or something. They asked for a check and I sent back the check.

2'nd EAD received with in 60 days

I applied for 2’nd EAD by mail.
RD - 03-05-04
AD - 04-27-04
Received by mail on 05-03-04

All online cases taking more time than that are mailed.
