EAD valid for 2 years!!!

It has happened. Rajiv has confirmed that one of his clients has received an EAD valid for 2 years although there is no official announcement as yet.

News is Good/Bad?

some time before there was theory that if you apply for EAD they will look into I-140/I-485 So now they do not have to look I-485 /I-140 application for two years.

What was the RD

I saw the post about the 2 year approval, can anyone post the RD and AD of that approval.

I want to see if there are any approvals after that date for two years.

Was it for a renewal or was it for a new EAD.

Becasue BCIS believes that it will continiously take approx. 2 years to approval an I-485.

even if EAD is also taking aprox. 6 months @VSC.....

If this is true then it's good news and bad news. The good news is we don't need to worry for 2years and the bad news is these BCIS may planning to take more and more time to process. I hope its good news.
