EAD Usage

I am working on H1B.If my Wife starts using her EAD then automatically my EAD also treated as active and my H1 will be treated as cancelled? or my EAD will only be active if I start working using that?

You will still be on H1 even if your wife starts using the EAD. Her status will change from H4 to pending AOS though.
