Can anybody answer what happens if we file one EAD online and other by paper. or what happens if we apply to two different service centers (TSC our previous zone) and current VSC zone at the same time. My wife's derivative status I-485 is pending and we need to apply to TSC. But TSC sent her application back stating she should apply to VSC and we here no response from VSC for her application to VSC.

My friend, we all can understand the pain u are going through,
help us out to help u.
Everyone like to help each other according their knowledge,
It would be easy for ppl who are trying to reply, if you put some dates and complete story ,
Questions:
When did you Filed 485? when did she filed?
When did they approved ur 485?
Did they transfer ur case?
Did they transfer ur spouse case?
Did u update ur address with TSC that u moved? and u no more in their juridiction. the TSC do have form on USCIS web site if u moved u must file and update ur pettition. did u filled and ask TSC to transer?

Did u call 800 No to update ur address?
Did ur attorney send any letter to TSC to transfer ur case to VSC because u no more live in that zone?
Did your attorney or u personaly follow-up VSC after moving that they did receive ur case transfer letter and file.
Who fillled out ur EAD? u or ur attorney?
When u received one response after filling 765 of ur spouse from TSC that they 'Can't accept because this reason' what make u think u can send it again and they would accept?.
All is asked because u have believe that TSC should accept ur spouse pettition, regardless whatever their mailroom guideline / standard procedure says. if they are dening than find the reason and if u still believe that they should accept , plz do verify with attorney that they can accept. I do have experience that filling pettition /response through attorney does make difference a lot. trust me on this....... a lot difference...
now u are planning to send E-EAD using again TSc??????

Did you verify VSC did cashed ur check? and not sending receipt?
Don't mind on these all quesiton plz. as I said we all can und the pain u are going through. but panicing won't help u out.
There is law and there is procedure involve all u need to understand the system it works.... it can' t be the situation that TSC refues and VSC also refuse...... this can't be......... all u are reading some plain instruction and not comparing ur current situation.....that u are living VSC zone... so what option or choice u have?
plz feel free to share ur comments. and if someone else reading help him out. or atleast share exp any tips?
