Hi, I would appreciate if someone could help me on these matters
1.My wife applied for I-485 in May 13 2002 and in June 17 2004 we were informed that our case has transfered to local officce in Boston, Can you know how long will it take to get an interview. Whats the wait period.
2. She had recieved 2 EAD before and on July 17th 2004 we applied for 3rd EAD, y'day we checked on site and it says that our case has been transfered to NewYork Officce. I dont understand why they have transfered our case to NY officce. We live in Boston and applied in VSC. Isn't this is unusuall? We called them to find out n they said they dont know, wait till you get letter.
3. We applied for AP on June 17th 2004 to VSC and still it hasn't got approved, does someone got approved in those dates or close to those dates.
I would relly appreciate if someone can answer, we are really tensed n dont know what to do
