EAD Transfer to H-1B

Principla 485 filed and wife has EAD (currently working on H-1). If she decides to find a new job with EAD, can she switch back to H-1 later on if the new company is willing to sponsor her H-1?

She need to apply for new H1 to switch back. Once she uses her EAD her H1 is not valid any more. I was there before I had hell lot of probelms becuase it is taking very long time for EAD renewal. I sugget that being in H1 is always better, atleast you don\'t need to renew them every year.
