EAD Transfer to H-1B

Principle 485 filed and wife has EAD (currently working on H-1). If she decides to find a new job with EAD, can she switch back to H-1 later on if the new company is willing to sponsor her H-1?

Yes. She can. But it will be a new H1, if her current emplyer reports to INS about the termination if she resigns and start working in EAD.
