Hi,
I applied for my EAD Renewal with RD June 28th 2004 at TSC. Ater a list of enquiries with 800 number my EAD along with my spouse got renewed on Nov 18th. In the mean time, I got my I-EAD from local INS office which is valid till May 2005.
Even after 8 days of TSC mailing my EAD, i did not get it in mail but my wife go her on 22nd. I started getting worried. My Current EAD expires on 18th Dec and I had my I-EAD valid till May 2005.
My Question is:
1) Can i assume that my EAD sent by TSC is lost in Transit as it has already 8th days since they sent me.?.
2) Can I continue working on my I-EAD which is valid till next year Mya 2005 and apply for new one saying my EAD is lost in transit.
