Iam on EAD right now and I have my H1 valid until Mar 2006. I applied for EAD renewal but no status change so far with USCIS. I have my 140 approved and pending 485 with present company. I am planning to go back to previous H1 owned company coz the present company I applied GC, is a fraud company and anything might happen anytime. So, If I want to go back to H1 payroll from EAD payroll, will it be possible and what all i need to do ( I am planning to start new PERM LC application with them next month ) ...
