EAD timelines on USCIS website

Hi All,

I checked the USCIS website for EAD timelines. It says that for VSC, they are processing Oct 2003 EADs.Does that mean most likely people who are filing now will definitely go for Interim EAD?

Anybody whose EAD arrived well in time and who applied after Oct 2003?

The processing times are crap. There are sure people with RD before that date waiting on approval. My RD is 11/26/03. I got my iEAD from the local office after 90 days. One of my colleauge's RD was First week Jan'04 and he got approved last week and got his EAD card this week.
Who knows what they do over there!
