EAD time frame in Nebraska

Hi guys,
All my process (from H1 to 485) was done in Vermont, but after the conversion to BICS, they refuse to accept my application for extension of EAD, saying I have to file in Nebraska.
I sent the application to Nebraska last Thursday (04/10/03), and I would like to know the average time to get the new card.
