EAD takes more than one year?!!

I think they didn't change the message after approving.
Same thing happend to me for my AP. Till now it says application received message but i received my AP 8 months back.

Forget about EAD / AP messages I have already got my plastic card (GC) but still my message says we have received your application for AOS blah blah ...aven after 4 months of getting card. My RD was April,01

Hey mine took 8 months. It can happen. With INS, anything but justice and fairness can happen.
