Do we need to send notarized/attested copies of I-94 & passport. I was planning on sending just regular photocopies, but somebody was mentioning that attested copies are better. I don't see any such requirement on website. Apparently we get an RFE if not attested. Pls. clarify, somebidy who has already got EAD approved.
