EAD still waiting for approval - Jun-2004

Hi everyone,,

Is any of you is awaiting for 1st time EAD Approval for Jun-2004 case?
The Latest INS Processing dates shows Jul-01-2004. Is anybody who have filed in Jun-2004 has got any approval?? If so kindly share the same or otherwise is it common to see such date mismatches?.

Please advise.

Me and my wife's EAD applications are pending since June 1st. But my I485 got approved recently (not my wife's....she is still waiting for the EAD).
 
mine and my wifes EAD and AP are pending since April 28/04 no approval yet, the LUD hasn't changed either.....is this something to worry about? My first EAD and AP expire in Nov........please let me know I am getting a bit uneasy now.

You shud go for an iEAD immediately. You shud apply iEAD before an RFE (if any) is generated. If an RFE gets generated, then you'll have to wait for another 90days after your RFE response to get an iEAD.

Thanks...any idea the procedure is...also how long does it take at Arlington?

It might help if you let us know which Svc Center you are talking about here !!

Anyways .... I applied for my EAD on June 1st in NSC .... it got approved early August.

WHen ever u post, can u please specify the Service Center. Otherwise it may be confusing ot others.

Hi Abid
I am new to forum and while my spouse's EAD was approved and we received her card, I have only had a LUD of 7/8 but no news on the EAD. Her LUD also changed to 7/8 prior to approval on 7/29. Is there any reason mine would be held up considering I am the primary applicant. Do they do name checks on EAD applicants or am I getting paranoid? Any advice would be great. Thanks.
 
IEAD at Arlington

Abid,
I got my IEAD at Arlington last month end. It was 90 days past the EAD RD and I got a RFE. but once INS got the info I sent them, the arlington Office checked that online and gave me an appointment to come a week later and then I got my picture taken and the IEAD.

Hope this helps.

***Be sure to stand in the line by 3:30am, atleast be there by 5am, since they allow only a limited # of folks to go to room 210.**

I am also in same situation. I am the primary applicant. Mu spose EAD got approved. but not mine. Mine just LUD Got changed. still waiting for the EAD Approval..
 
here is my situation......

I filed all 140/485/ead/ap on May 25 th 2004 ...but i dont know fortunately or unfortunately my 485 got rejected because of less check..on june14 th 140 got approved..my lower send the check with correct amount for 485 on june10 2004 (RD) and ND is june 16th 2004..I am now waiting for EAD/Ap also...No FP up to now..

When did you file and what service center? I am also waiting on EAD yet wife who is derivative (secondary) has an approved EAD. I wonder what is going on?

AP,EAD case file is being pulled up for review by TSC for the last 5 months

Here is the experience for advance parole and EAD applied alongwith I-485 on 08/11/03 for my son:
No response to expedite requests to TSC
Response to Status check in March04: We will arrange to pull the case file and put it up for review.
No response to Status check in May04
Response to Status check in Aug04 through Senator Cornyn: We will pull up the case file and send for review!
Does anyone has a similar experience with TSC?
Surprise: A second application for AP approved in just two months.
Question: Who is going to make up for the one year of lost studies :mad:
FP completed in Dec'03 FP results received and processing for I-485 resumed on 01/06/04
 
Help : RFE on EAD- no response yet

For all Gurus :( ,

I and my wife recieved RFE on EAD and we replied to the RFE in end of May. But still our EAD has not been approved.
Does anybody know how long it is going to take and can I get a iEAD in meantime? :confused:
Any information is appreciated.
