Hi
I am on L2 visa and I applied for EAD on August 3,2009.I went for paper based filling. I received the receipt for the same on August 7,2009. since then there has been no notice from USCIS.The online status shows my case as pending.I am worried I haven't even received my finger printing notice till now.
Can anybody tell me the general time lines for EAD approval for L2 visa? and also does the finger prints notice come for e-filled application only or paper-based applications as well?
