EAD status changed, no detail yet

On April 9, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. My EAD ND2/19/04, No idea what's missing. Any thoughts?

approved on april 8th 3rd for us too...can u let me know when u recv the card:rolleyes:

Will let you know when i receive the card, so far looks like I am expecting a RFE next monday. don't know what it 's for though.
 
i filed on my own

my lawyer wanted 250 bucks....as long as u have all documents 3 ead etc should be a normal process. maybe ur lawyer forgot 140 or something to attach...:mad:

Our 3RD EADs have N/D 2/13/04. On 4/9/04, the same day as yours, one was approved, and one got RFE. Still don't know the details until I see it in the mail. This is my 3RD EAD, the last two went very smooth. So really curious about what the hack is TSC thinking? Will post the details soon.

I called my attorney and they had no idea either, but they told me ususally they will get the RFEs the following week and will keep me posted on what INS is really interested in although I had two previous ones without any problems. I believe it's nothing serious. They wanted us to have impression that they can be serious.
Will post new experience whenever available.

Thank you very much for the information. I did see many people said they got the RFE for the I-140 approval notice. But I did sumit the I-140 approval notice in my EAD application package along with all my previous EAD card copies. So I think it might be something else for me. I will post the details later.

I applied all the EADs myself. I did not use an atterney. So the RFE will come to me directly. I will share the info. with you after I received it.
 
RFE received in attorney's office yesterday and answered back with what they wanted: a copy of I140 approval and a copy of I485 application.
