Hello Gurus,
My wife, who is currently on H4 just recently received her EAD card. She does not want a job right now, she just wants to get a SSN number based on the EAD.
My questions to you guys is: Will she loose her H4 status just by applying for SSN and never using the EAD for working? (I know H4 will be invalid if she starts working)
