EAD says Finger prints not abailable

We rcvd our second EAD and it says no finger prints available.

What could be the reason ?

Has anybody seen such message on the EAD itself ?

Can some one guide me what should be done ?

I am trying to reach TEXAS service center but .....

Join the crowd. I have the same msg on renewed EAD, which is surprising because my FP was done in April 2002. I am not too worried because INS Online says "after receiving your FP on ........." While I believe in being proactive, I have realized after 4.5 years of long wait that worrying about GC only gives you ulcers, does not expedite anything.
 
I did talk to my immigration specialist ( in the office ) and she said that at one stage they ( INS ) decided that the fingerprint are not required but the ead card is not updated for its format and still has the place for the finger prints. Since there is no finger prints it says finger prints are not available. But there is nothing to worry.
